Wonderful place to stay a block away from the beach; it was so close that we saw the ocean from our view. The room was very cozy with beach vibes a small balcony where you can have your morning coffee and a hot tub. The man at the front desk was super nice; definitely had small owner type vibes to the whole place. There was a small parking lot but more than enough for everyone. They even had a breakfast nook where you can have some fresh coffee along with plenty of fresh fruits; pastries and other breakfast type food. Overall would definitely come back!
Great location. Good restaurants close by and a short walk to the beach. Rooms are updated and super clean. Breakfast offerings were good for such a small location. Highly recommend!
In town for a family wedding and was told to check out Rhea’s. Glad we did! Clean, convenient…and the owner Tony was there for any questions or requests. We will definitely be back!
I would stay here again every time! Excellent location with a three minute walk to the beach basically across the street, one minute walk to Flo's Clam Shack and other awesome restaurants. Quick six minute drive to Thames Street.Tony's service and attention were above expectation. The coffee, fresh fruit, and extensive array of snacks makes you feel right at home. Tony and his staff take great pride in keeping the place sparkling clean and fresh smelling. I highly recommend Rhea's Inn by the Sea!!!! You'll be glad you stayed here. Thank you, Tony for making our stay extra great.
Great place to stay! Stayed on the top floor, there is no elevator so there are a few flights of short stairs. Since we stayed upstairs we had a balcony view. There is a little breakfast / snack station on the main level where the office is so you can grab cereal / toast / muffins if you would like any. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.
